3. Asphalt residual set point controller is included on most of our asphalt emulsion units with digital indicators. The desired asphalt percentage is entered on the PCU controller. The PCU unit controls the speed of the asphalt pump which will maintain the set point. The emulsion process is started and stopped manually.
