OUR MILLS MAKE A GREAT PRODUCT, LOWER COST OF MATERIALS and MEET SPECS!
We offer FULLY AUTOMATED EMULSION SYSTEMS that save your that save your formulation's into recipes. It will no longer matter who makes your emulsion, it will always be the highest quality. The operator will hit START , the system will automatically make the batch of soap including checking and adjusting the pH and the final temperature. Once the soap is ready, the same system will start running your batch of emulsion from this same recipe. If your first soap tank volume is too small for the total batch, our system automatically start mixing a second batch of soap in a second soap tank while it runs from the first tank and automatically switch when needed. If required, this continuous system will mix soap until the total needed for your emulsion batch is supplied. Once the emulsion batch total is reached, the system automatically rinses out and shuts down the system in the proper sequence.
This system automatically knows to rinse before switching from Anionic to Cationic. It can also automatically select the finish and supply tanks based on your recipe to be prevent cross contamination. It can store over 50 different product recipes and reduce or increase the total batch size by any percentage with a touch of a button for smaller batches.

DMP-02S COMBINATION LAB MILL
EZ LOC® GAP ADJUSTER
for Particle Size adjustment IN SECONDS
has been developed for customers that would like to adjust the mill GAP to increase or decrease the particle size quickly & easily. The adjuster consists of a simple spring-loaded locking pin that is pulled out 1/8 of an inch to adjust the mill shear plate gap. The Outer Bearing assembly hub is then free to turn either direction to the desired gap that is marked on the hub with easy to read numbers. At this point the spring-loaded locking pin is released to lock the Outer Bearing Assembly into desired gap. There are no special tools required and adjustment can be made in seconds. The graduations on the hub clearly indicate the gap to eliminate the need for a feeler gauge or a special spanner wrench ever again. It’s EASY AS 1-2-3
