Asphalt Emulsion Units:

1. Includes all the pumps, motors, piping, valving and electrical for producing standard and modified asphalt emulsions.
2. OPT. Oil/latex injection, hex, automation, polymer blending.
3. Skid mounted units. Trailer mounted and containerized units.
4. Our optional Soap Solution system includes two soap tanks, mix tank, mixers, heater, piping and valves. This system can be designed to install or ship in a container or mounted on a flat bed trailer.
5. Our asphalt emulsion system utilizes the soap solution batch process. Semi continuous and continuous injection are also available.

2. Skid mounted units with portable/mobile units optional.

Our polymer units utilize the cutting type shear of our mill's plates to obtain a tremendous amount of initial shear on the semi-solid polymer. A one pass operation can normally be accomplished with most compatiable formulations.
